Our Products
At MBC Innovations we are dedicated to providing accurate details on a variety of new products and Innovations designed by the company. Product details and specifications on all of our products are provided on the website. The availability of all the products on the site is only indicative. In case the products are temporarily and exceptionally out of stock – notification of this will be provided as soon as possible.
Orders and Payment Terms
Terms of payment are within MBC Innovations’ sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by MBC Innovations, payment must be received by MBC Innovations prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, electronic transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by MBC Innovations. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. We may invoice parts of an order separately. Your order is subject to cancellation by MBC Innovations, in our sole discretion. Unless you and MBC Innovations have agreed to a different discount, or price our standard pricing policy for MBC branded products which include products and services, MBC Innovations is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Pricing, Order quantities and Shipping policy
All prices listed are in British Pounds Sterling (£). Goods will be invoiced as priced and applicable VAT charged at rates as of the time of order processing. If the amount you pay for an item is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order and refund to you the amount that you paid. This policy will apply regardless of how the error occurred. All orders received by 2pm will usually be shipped within 48 hours. Additional charges may apply if customer requests additional services, such as Saturday delivery.
Damages, short and non delivery
Customer should inspect all Products promptly upon receipt. The Company and its carrier must be notified, in writing, within 5 business days of any shortage, damage or non-deliveries. Claims that Products fail in a material way to meet applicable specifications must be made in writing within 30 calendar days in receipt of Products.
Payment
Unless a line of credit has been established, MBC Innovations requires payment in advance by Paypoint and all other major credit/debit card companies. Orders invoiced against an approved credit line are subject to net 30 day terms from date of invoice. Outstanding accounts not settled within terms bear interest at the greater of the maximum rate allowed by law. Failure to pay the invoice amount in full within the terms specified will retroactively void all discounts and the Customer will pay all of the Company’s costs and expenses (including solicitor’s fees, court costs and collection costs) incurred to collect any amounts owing the Company. Overdue payments are calculated without deduction or set off.
Returns
No Products may be returned for credit without prior authorisation of the Company. Products can only be returned if they were purchased within the last 12 months. No expired Products may be returned under any circumstances. A 20% restocking charge plus carrier charges are assessed on shipments refused or returned within 30 days (40% plus carrier charges if later than that). Products that have had price stickers applied will not be accepted for return.
Warranty and Disclaimer and Delivery
Customer's sole remedy for defective product shall be a refund of the purchase price. Company hereby disclaims all other
Warranties express or implied, regarding the products, their fitness for any particular purpose, their quality or their merchantability. In no event will the Company be liable for any lost profits or other consequential or incidental damages or for the cost of procurement from third parties of any substitute goods. MBC Innovations use Royal Mail Parcel Force as their primary courier, in the event of any damages; our courier accepts full responsibility so please refer to parcel force for a more detailed outlook on their delivery policies which can be found here www.parcelforce.com.
Governing Law
The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and the jurisdiction of English Courts.
